This week you have been asked to read Chapter 3 to prepare for next week. Next week, start Chapter 4. We'll be going pretty quickly. Be sure as you read to take note of the Learning Objectives at the start of every chapter. Remember that at the end of each short chapter is a section called Business Implications you need to review; finally, there are listed websites at the end of the chapters that can help guide you to richer content that will benefit your presentations.
You will also benefit from looking at the study questions in your book--that can help you determine the questions your entire group would like to address.
